A little bit more about me, Victoria Rose!

My fitness journey has led me to be the motivator you need and are looking for. I’ve learned what it takes to be the best. My love for fitness and health stemmed from my passion for sports.


I grew up playing on an array of sports teams, playing at provincial and varsity levels. Being part of a team at a competitive level taught me about discipline, teamwork, self-motivation, and how to be a leader.


I am here to lead you to achieving your goals. I know that it’s not an overnight process and that it’s a lifestyle change. Start or continue your fitness journey in the comfort of your home. Join me as I lead you to success!
